Velovision stopt productie

Het favoriete tijdschrift van de redactie 'na' uiteraard het clubblad Ligfiets& is het engelstalige blad Velovision. Het blad maakt na jarenlang in productie te zijn geweest en het eveneens fantastische Bike Culture Quarterly te hebben opgevolgd op hun homepage bekend dat ze gaan stoppen.

De uitgever schrijft : "Unfortunately, magazine production stopped in December 2016, after Issue 52. At this stage, it appears unlikely to continue in either print or digital format, although we’re open to ideas from anyone who can take on production. The last issue, VV52 and most issues in the archive are still available in print from the shop and the free downloads are still being maintained – more new content may be added, but at this stage I can’t make any promises.

Er wordt op het bericht wat op facebook is verschenen door velen gereageerd. Of de schrijver van de meeste artikelen Howard het lukt om het blad nog een kans te geven. Uiteraard hoopt de redactie van wel en wensen hem veel succes met het initiatief.

Als slotwoord als toch blijkt dat dit het laatste blad moet zijn is : "Many thanks for all of the inspiration and support that you and Peter Eland before you gave to the cycling enthousiasts world, we regret the loss but are thankful for the years that you gave us your thoughts and ideas".
