Velo Vision publish first GoCycle review!
The Gocycle is the revolutionary, prize-winning new city bike from
former F1 race car designer Richard Thorpe. With unique magnesium
monocoque construction, sealed drive-train and electric-assist it
looks set to redefine stylish city transport. Announced in November
last year, and with production bikes expected in April 2009, the
£1158 Gocycle is expected to be a hot topic for the coming cycling
season as a media campaign kicks off. But can it ride above the level
of previous pretty - but impractical - 'designer' bikes?
In something of a coup for an independent cycle publisher York-based
Velo Vision has posted the first full review in an international
exclusive. This quarterly magazine and website focus on cycling for
transport and touring and act as a forum for innovative cycle
designers worldwide. In-depth, accurate reviews of all sorts of
cycles over its eight years of publication and high production values
convinced Gocycle that Velo Vision was the venue of choice for a
first review. With sales in 47 countries, Velo Vision has a unique
international reach as well as a busy website reaching 2500+ unique
visitors a day.
The online review will be followed up with a more detailed print
review of a production bike in the June issue of the magazine.
